At Solaray®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn garments with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Solaray® packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
